By accessing or using mohsimtutoring.com (the "Site") or engaging with Mohsim Tutoring's tutoring services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Services

Mohsim Tutoring offers digital learning tools, including the Doubt Solver subscription, downloadable worksheets, and homework submission. One-on-one coaching may also be arranged separately through the contact page.

Doubt Solver is a paid subscription service that provides step-by-step solutions to Math and Physics problems in the tutor's teaching style. Your subscription continues on a monthly basis and can be cancelled at any time.

3. Payments and Subscriptions

Doubt Solver subscriptions are billed monthly through Paddle, our payment provider. Prices are shown at checkout and may be adjusted by Paddle for currency conversion and applicable taxes.

By subscribing, you authorise Paddle to charge the subscription price on a recurring basis until you cancel. You can cancel at any time using the subscription management link that Paddle emails you with your receipt — no Paddle account or login needed. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Use of Materials

Worksheets, lesson content, and other materials provided on the Site are for your personal educational use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish these materials without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with the Site's operation, or use any automated tool to copy content without permission. Doubt Solver access is personal to you and may not be shared.

6. Disclaimers

Tutoring services and educational tools are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Results vary from student to student, and no specific grade improvement or outcome is guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mohsim Tutoring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
